At the November 25, 2025 Special General Meeting, owners of Regents Park (Strata Plan VIS2133) voted to approve a major Building Envelope Project for the two towers at 1010 and 1020 View Street. The approved work includes replacing the existing EIFS (exterior insulation and finish system) cladding with a modern rainscreen system, replacing windows and glazing, replacing balcony sliding doors, repairing concrete delamination on balconies, and replacing the roof deck assemblies. For unit 1004 at 1020 View Street (Strata Lot 146, unit entitlement 102), the special assessment is $115,640.32 in total, payable in four equal installments of $28,910.08 — due July 1, 2026; January 1, 2027; July 1, 2027; and January 1, 2028.
